Only reason for three stars was the representative - genuinely nice chap. Otherwise would have been a one star. Initial offer bore no resemblance to actual offer. Excuse for lower offer a bit lame - was expecting 2-300 difference due to scuffed alloy and a few chips - not 1000! why 'guarantee' an offer for seven days based on condition of vehicle then reduce that offer due to 'market conditions' with September coming up/plate change! Surely the 'algorithms' talked about when making the offer would take this into consideration!? Disappointed, and slightly insulted - when you look after a car you'd expect this to be reflected in any offer to buy it!
Excellent service from Devon, their representative. People who moan about the offers they get are not understanding that this is a trade buyer. You won't get a retail valuation so forget what Parkers etc. says. Service was exemplary from beginning to end.PLEASE NOTE!! Google Maps shows the wrong location. Upon entering the estate, We Want are on the LEFT, look for the big digit 5 on their building. They are NOT on the right as per the mapping.
Note that the value they quote you in the email is the maximum possible price assuming that the car is in pristine condition. Since your car almost certainly won't be, the actual value that you will be paid is much less - in my case less than 50%. Also, don't forget that there is a fee to be paid for using their service, which you may not be reminded about when getting your final quote.

Good service, really nice guy. But the company don't honour the original quote by miles. Tried to offer me nearly 1000 less, when the car only had one super small scratch on the bonnet and needed cleaning on the outside.
