i worked there for two years and let me say to start with it was a great place to work things going well then it all changed for me. the constant being told not good enough you show no esuasim, i tried to explain on a number of occasions that i was possible autistic not long after leaving i was finally diagnosed with autism. i would work hard barely had any jobs come back for errors yet never good enough in there eyes. I was discriminated against i ended up on anti depressants because i became so depressed. to work so hard and not be resigned for what i did the hours i would put in so people would get there bonus while id get nothing extra i was one m.e.t technician to 8 painters which is not right and many other bodyshop have a more even split.i am aware this is a different sort of reveiw as not a customer but I feel people should know how some staff get treated.people should know of the poor treatment that took place at Coventry dealer ship i had leave a job for my own mental health as they made me feel worthless and I wanted to end my life. if your face didn't fit your life was made hell
