Awesome service by an independent garage. Great team and all really helpful. Having been recommended It was a real pleasure to take my car to a local garage rather than normal chain dealers. The fact that my car was a Toyota was no problem and the electrical issue I had was quickly diagnosed. The team kept me up to date with progress reports and I had my car quickly back on the road after the repairs were done. Definitely recommended.!!
My sons car had an electric window fail, I was recommended Protec by a friend and was very impressed with the service received the car was booked in within minutes and I had a quote for repair within a few hours. Michael also gave the vehicle a health check and repaired the remote central locking into the price. My son is really happy and will be taking his car to Protec for any future servicing or repairs. I will be recommending Protec to all my friends and family, it is also nice to support a local business and not a big dealership paying inflated prices.
Working at Next Head Office, Protec is very convenient being just down the road. My windscreen washers stopped working just before Christmas and with no time to book into my usual VW dealer I popped into Protec. Mike straightaway offered to take a look and got the bonnet open, then got the laptop out to check the system faults, cleared a few and then gave his assessment.Even though he was busy before Xmas he squeezed me in, ordered the part and fitted the next day. Really thankful he got me up and running before the Xmas motorway journeys as I'd have been guaranteed a dirty windscreen I couldn't clear!.A great helpful bloke, clean workshop and very accommodating. Well recommended.
