Fantastic value for money. We have just used Premier Property Lawyers, as the recommended conveyancing company working with House Simple online Estate Agents, to sell our house. The process is extremely easy just so long as you are comfortable using the internet. Personally we though it made the process so much easier than using a high street solicitor. If you have a scanner or camera on your phone you just easily upload all the necessary documents via your personal account on their website and a very straight forward list shows you what you have and haven't done during the process. There are just a few documents you have to sign and post to them. No trips to a solicitor are necessary and when you have a query anyone answering the phone can answer it if your account manager is not available. So much quicker than a solicitors secretary taking a message and you waiting for him/her to be free to call you back. It is also much cheaper. We were very happy with the service throughout and would happily return in the future and will be recommending to friends and family. Highly recommend to all.
