I had my fireplace from here at my previous address.And when im sorted at this address I will definately be asking them to put the fireplace right at this house.Nothing is too much trouble for them and when I changed my mind about the colour of the marble back bit as it wouldn't match they didn't mind at all.I found the staff to be really helpful from order to fitting.And they even came to fit it in Nottingham!The products were all first class too.I can't praise them enough They rang to arrange fitting when it was all made and came on the day and time arranged. I have just had installed a Stockton 7 woodburner from Taylor Made Fireplaces on 30/9/17 and they could not have been more professional. Firstly I shopped around a lot and their price was excellent. Secondly they have been around for decades and thats important. Thirdly, I found them very quick and efficient when it came to quoting and sending me the drawings and finally, when it came to installing we had many issues which were all down to my house and the flue position. I can confidently let people know that it is my belief that most companies would have given up on the job but Brad who has installed these for over 25 years and Tony who came over to the house to look for himself together with the other lads all spent a long time going through various possible solutions before finally finding an excellent outcome. It looks as good as I could have ever imagined even down to the plastering to finish it all off and I cannot thank them enough and would and will recommend them to everyone.
Tony was really helpful when we needed help and advice for our fireplace. Other companies we tried before didn't seem to want to help so I would definitely recommend Taylor Made.
I have had nothing but problems dealing with Tony, he visted our house on the 17th August to quote for installing a gas supply, fireplace, and surround - a complete installation! Since then I have had to chase him constantly and appreciate ours is not a simply installation of a new fire.He does not return calls even though I have left messages AND emailed him asking him to ring me on several occasions. I feel our order is not important enough and he is too busy. I am appalled at this service and would not recommend this company as they really do not appear to care about their customers. I work in a service industry and this is the worse customer service I have ever encountered by Tony!
