Wanted to register as new patient. TWanted 10 deposit. No emergency appointments available. Very rude reception staff. Took courage to even phone up as terrified of dentists. Waste of time. Plus they're just round the corner from me. Awful service

Untrustworthy and simply just trying to make a mountain out of a molehill in aims to get more money
Went along with my fianc and after five minutes in the chair he came out of the room in tears. We left. He told me the dentist said that until he had three teeth removed he would not even do a scale and polish. Now I have a scared fianc and am having to find a more sympathetic practice to help him.
Fitted me in at short notice when I broke my front tooth due to a flying motorcycle component (don't ask !) even though I hadn't been for a checkup in 5 years (naughty me). Have done a brilliant repair job to my tooth, can barely see it's been repaired. Fast, friendly.
