Went in for a gearbox problem, they Qouted 800.00 got it fixed at ford for 299.00 as it was gearbox and oil filter change required.If they asked me when the last oil and filter was done I would of said never and it was on 102,000, they would have found the issue as they are supposed to be the experts.
